ABOUT THE TRAINING
This training covers the aspects of monitoring and maintenance of Apigee, as well as advanced practices of troubleshooting, failover and best practices of infrastructure and network in Apigee. The student will learn the architecture of Apigee and its modules, as well as manage and monitor the servers and apply failover concepts. In the troubleshooting section, students will also learn how to quickly identify, diagnose, and correct common problems, as well as troubleshooting techniques at runtime. The training will also include an overview of the product, such as generating standard and custom reports, using Analytics APIs, and general debugging techniques and day-to-day commands for maintenance and monitoring activities.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

This training will focus on monitoring activities, support, failover, troubleshooting and best practices for infrastructure and network in Apigee On-Premise/Private Cloud.

The student will understand the architecture of Apigee and its components including Router, Message Processor, Apache Cassandra, Apache ZooKeeper, OpenLDAP, Management Server, UI, Qpid Server, and Postgres Server

They will learn how to manage and monitor Apigee servers, and what to do in failover situations, where they will apply the concepts learned in the course in practice, creating and implementing failover scenarios in Apigee.

In the troubleshooting section, students will go through the most common troubleshooting in Apigee, and by the end of the course, they will be able to quickly identify, diagnose, and fix any common issues that may occur in the Apigee On-Premise/Private Cloud environment. They will also know the procedures to proactively search for existing problems, whether in API Proxies or in the Apigee modules.

They will also go through troubleshooting techniques in runtime (troubleshooting runtime problems), where students will be able to identify problems through error analysis of the environment, using common commands used in troubleshooting to obtain information from modules such as ZooKeeper, Cassandra, among others.

In addition to the product overview, in the Apigee UI, the student will know how to generate standard reports, extract customized reports, and use Analytical APIs for this with a focus on infrastructure errors, general debug techniques, using the trace UI, debug sessions in Apigee, and log components.
